Wow, Carrie, how interesting! How did you meet this up and coming writer?
She applied for a part-time job at my office for which she was way over qualified. However, I was able to contract with her to do a journalism project with the kids. It's been fun. Her husband is at KU on a Fulbright also for journalism.
Does overqualified mean she doesn't get the job?
